RETURN POLICY
At Kiibo, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products that meet their expectations. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're committed to providing a fair and convenient return process.
If you receive a product that doesn't match your order, is damaged, or has quality issues, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the problem promptly and fairly.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:
We'll email you a pre-paid return label. Attach it to the box and drop it off at the post office. We'll take care of the rest.
IF YOU RECEIVED FAULTY PRODUCT:
While we understand that minor imperfections can sometimes occur during the manufacturing process, we want to assure our customers that we take all necessary steps to minimize these occurrences. If you receive a product that shows signs of damage, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so that we can work together to resolve the issue promptly and satisfactorily
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:
We kindly ask that you make careful purchasing decisions. Since the products we sell are custom-made, we regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for changed minds or incorrect choices. All in-stock items are considered final sales.
If you have pre-ordered an item or participated in a group buy and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email. Please note that after the group buy window has closed, you won't be able to receive a refund for changed minds, in line with our group buy policies stated on each product page. This is because custom-made products cannot be cancelled once the order is sent to the manufacturer.
