DAMAGES / LOST IN TRANSIT

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us for rectification with detailed images. If a replacement cannot be sourced for your order, we will issue a refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

If an item is lost in transit, the same remedies apply as damaged goods. Goods marked as delivered in this circumstance will not be eligible for shipping protection.

 

VAT or import tax included?

Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country.
