Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any of our products or services infringe upon your copyright, please send a notice to our designated agent at support@kiibo.com.au. In your notice, please provide the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
We acknowledge that some of our products may be knock-offs of established brands. We are committed to complying with all applicable copyright laws, including the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and ensuring that we do not infringe on the exclusive rights of copyright owners.
We will not engage in commercial-scale infringement of copyright, and we will take steps to ensure that our suppliers are also complying with copyright law.
We will not use false or misleading copyright notices.
If we receive a notice alleging that any of our products or services infringe upon someone else's copyright, we will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Kiibo harmless from any liability arising from the sale or use of our products.

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly engage in copyright infringement or violate our copyright compliance policy.
